The qualifications we offer are accredited by a leading standards organisation
C4CM is an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Recognised Provider. All of our learning programmes are accredited by ILM as endorsed or development. Candidates receive a 1 year free membership of the ILM providing access to their extensive resources.
C4CM does all of the assessment for its qualifications through a quality managed process. Content is delivered by Training Companies also within a quality framework.
Our learning programmes deliver the Change components of the Management Standards. This makes the qualifications ideal for continuing professional development (CPD).
We are a registered UK Learning Provider (number 10029395). This means we can add your qualification credits to the national database known as the Learner Records Service.
Endorsed and Development learning programmes
An endorsed learning programme includes an assessment during and after the course that tests the candidate has acquired knowledge and skills and that they can use them effectively in their job. A C4CM assessment requires the candidate to provide structured evidence that they have used the skills and knowledge from the course in their workplace. The endorsed certificate is given when the evidence has been marked to show it has met the assessment criteria and quality standard.
A development learning programme does not include an assessment involving evidence of use; it may include a short test at the end of a course about knowledge gained on the course. The development certificate is given at the end of the course.
An endorsed learning programme demonstrates the impact of learning on the organisation with evidence of its use and benefit to the organisation. A development learning programme demonstrates the impact of the learning on the individual and indicates the potential for impact on the organisation.
Advisory Board
To help us maintain quality and focus we have an advisory board of external people who are leading figures in the industry.
