Change Manager & Change Team role

You will be an experienced business manager who has been asked to deliver change in your part of the organisation to realise benefits. You will want to know how to go about focusing on benefits, designing a successful change and overcoming staff resistance. You will want to acquire knowledge and skills that will help you be successful in making change work. Here's how you do it:

  • Take the change manager course to define your role and learn what you have to do to be successful..
  • Take the people and change course to learn about soft skills in taking people through change. This will help you address resistance and understand communication needs.
  • Take one of the programme or project overview courses depending on which method you are involved with. This will bring you the language to talk with other people involved in the change and understand what they are doing.
  • Take the benefits management and stakeholder engagement & communications courses to enhance the skills and knowledge covered in the change manager course.
  • Take the risk management or vision and blueprint courses if you are involved in the design or delivery aspects of the change.
